Goodness
‘No virtue outside God’s Will’,
In whose Centre ‘I’ stand still,
My emptiness His to fill,
His to harrow, His to till.

Yet knowledge through time has reverb’d

Silent, uttering, and unheard,
Presence, as light in air, inferred,
Hidden in all that ever stirred.
